He loved his brother

Petey ...went to sleep today ...but his memory will always bring us a smile.  The summer of 1997 ...this handsome kitty walked in our yard and lives forever.  He was sweet all of "5 minutes" ..but once he had been given a "Pifer" bath....he knew we were hooked and "Casanova Petey" Moved In permanently.    He was given the name "Sneakers"...but nick named "Sneaky Petey with Dirty Feety....Petey for short :-) .     God is good ...he gives us beautiful animals to love and remind us how much HE loves us.    

Petey I will be telling wonderful stories about you for years to come....Love you my handsome grey kitty cat :-)

This year is buzzing by!!  SPRING IS ALMOST HERE - YAAAAAY!!

 

Sometimes you want to just Play and Create........here's a Collage Fabric Wrapping Paper ...that is so much fun!!!

Take any Scrapbook paper - Glue or Sew Together, Add Collage Fabric Scraps or Paper...mix it up...sew embroidery together or Mod Podge (I did both)....and JUST HAVE FUN!!!

 

Decorating and making an Envelope is so easy and fun.....I just took

a) Two Scrapbook Papers and sewed them together
b) Then sewed the sides and added laces

Playing with Fabric Art

....this weekend after being bit by a "tick" eeeeek....playing with one of my loves "fabric and water color paper"....was such a blessing.

I started with just a plain piece of broad cloth -

then literally just started painting and playing...writing ...collaging .....cutting a face off and adding it to a drawing...finding old art work...and seeing how they would work .....this then led into Monday and Tuesday

throw some "free motion stitch....then the final touches tonight ..by writing more on the pages
