We've adopted almost all our animals over 30 years from the SPCA or rescue organizations and the blessings that come are enormous....even if you can't come...send them a "shout out of love" I know they will appreciate it :-)

Wonderful! Furry family members adopted from rescues/shelters are so precious! Hurrah for ASPCA and other places that adopt out pets.
What a great celebration. We got our Sookie kitten at the local shelter. (or rather she picked us) We love having her in the house.
Soooookie ...mmmmwwwwahhh big slobbery kisses from Auntie Pammie and Digi....Georgie what a cutie....when you have time tell us how she picked you? I love it when that happens, Our guido ....we looked and looked and finally after many shelters ...this poor extremely thin husky/malamute came out with a cone on his head :( I knew the moment i saw him ..my heart melted and he was "Gamma's boy" we bought him for my daughter and enjoyed him so much!
